Basem Mokarrab

Basem Mokarrab is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership and engineering roles. Since May 2021, Basem has been serving as a Software Engineering Manager and previously as a Principal Software Engineer at Autodesk. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer at Innovyze for one year and Lead Software Engineer at AutoGravity for four years, where significant contributions were made in backend service design and implementation using micro-service architecture. Additional roles include Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer positions at GCSSD, and earlier positions at Cassiopae and Telepin Software. Basem holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Minufiya University, earned in 2009.
