Beth Trakimas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and people management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Organization Effectiveness at Autodesk since April 2023, Trakimas leads a team that supports company strategy through various Centers of Expertise. Prior to this role, Trakimas founded and operated mirror | people intelligence, providing consulting services focused on organizational diligence, leadership coaching, and employee-centered change. With previous roles at Karat, Autodesk, and Cisco Systems, Trakimas has developed and executed comprehensive people strategies, supported C-suite transitions, and led M&A initiatives. Trakimas holds an MBA in Global Strategy from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
