Christiana Lackner

Christiana Lackner is an experienced professional in user experience research and design, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Head of User Experience Research in the Construction division at Autodesk since February 2019. Previously, Christiana held roles including UX Research Manager at Autodesk and User Experience Researcher at PlanGrid, where strategic user research initiatives were key to shaping product development. Christiana's background includes UX research and design at DesignMap, user experience research at Citrix, and interaction design at DEZUDIO. An advocate for mentorship, Christiana is also involved with the #HIREBLACK Initiative. Christiana holds a Master's degree in Design (Interaction Design) from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in History of Art and Architecture from Harvard University.
