Cosmin Avram

Cosmin Avram is a seasoned software development and IT leader with extensive experience in managing engineering teams and driving technological advancements across various organizations. Currently serving as a Software Development Manager at Autodesk since April 2025, Cosmin oversees two software development teams focused on delivering advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) solutions for the architecture and construction sectors. Prior experience includes roles as IT Area Lead at ING, where responsibility encompassed leading the Platform as a Service engineering area, and as CX Demo Engineering Senior Manager at Oracle, fostering customer success within the CX organization. Cosmin's earlier work at METRO SYSTEMS Romania involved management of multiple teams in Siebel Administration & Operations as well as roles in AGILE development. Cosmin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
