Dalia Emmer

Dalia Emmer has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, with a career spanning from 2014 to 2022. At Autodesk, Dalia served as an HR & People Partner, providing advisory support to employees and leadership teams, managing employee relations, and overseeing both global and local recruitment initiatives. Additionally, Dalia worked as a Recruitment Lead & HR Specialist, handling end-to-end recruitment processes and conducting assessments to match candidates with suitable roles. Prior roles include Global Recruiter & Employee Relations Specialist at Applicaster, Recruiter and HR Coordinator at Eye2Eye HR Services, HR Recruiter at UCL Group, and Recruiting Consultant at L.M. GROUP. Dalia holds an M.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Bar-Ilan University and completed the QUATRO Leadership Lab in early 2025.
