David Paczkowski

David Paczkowski is an accomplished HR leader and global culture strategist with over 25 years of experience in human resources, learning and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). They have held key roles at organizations such as Vertex Inc., CSL Behring, Lyft, and Meta, where they successfully implemented DEI strategies and initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Autodesk, David provides HR guidance and support to critical organizational groups. They hold a Master's degree in Leadership Studies from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Human Resources from King's College.
