Erin Cropper

Erin Cropper serves as the Director and Chief of Staff to the Chief Customer Officer at Autodesk since April 2018, with extensive experience in strategic leadership and operations management across multiple roles at the company. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Global Product Support Strategy and Senior Manager of Premium Support Services, where Erin played a key role in team development, operational reporting, and service enhancement. Prior to Autodesk, Erin was the Managing Director at Stratigent, leading a significant growth in marketing analytics services and developing workshops on data strategy. Other experiences include leadership positions in customer success and client services at Stratigent and earlier roles teaching aquatics at the Boy Scouts of America. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics from Indiana University Bloomington.
