Hayli Hay

Hayli Hay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, program management, and client services across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Connected Planning at Autodesk since November 2018, Hay sets the strategic vision for connected planning and leads the Anaplan Center of Excellence, overseeing a team that supports critical decision-making for C-suite executives. Previous roles include Senior Manager for Anaplan Finance Forecast & Planning, where Hay developed an award-winning citizen developer program, and Senior Program Manager focused on finance forecasting. Hay has also led significant data management initiatives at Lockheed Martin and built successful client services and project management frameworks at Metal Toad. Hay holds a B.S. in Business and Leadership from Marylhurst University and an A.A.S. in Photography & Digital Media from Minneapolis College.
