Heather Ratliff

Heather Ratliff is a seasoned professional in experience design with a strong focus on security and product data. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Experience Design at Autodesk since June 2021, Heather previously held positions as a Senior UX Architect at Precisely, a Principal UX Architect at Pitney Bowes, and a User Experience Architect at The Hanover Insurance Group. Early career roles included positions at Quinnipiac University, where Heather worked as a Student Retention Support Specialist and Assistant Director of Admissions for Online Programs, and as a Senior Tour Consultant at NETC. Heather holds a Master of Science in Interactive Media from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania.
