Rachel Yangoyan

Rachel Yangoyan currently serves as the CEO of QantasLink, having been with Qantas since July 2003. Throughout this tenure, Rachel has held various leadership roles, including Executive Manager of Fleet Programs, where oversight of the introduction of new aircraft types, such as the A220, A321XLR, and A350, has taken place. Responsibilities have also included management of cabin crew, international and domestic lounges, and airport operations. Prior positions involved oversight of loyalty services and program design for the Qantas Frequent Flyer initiative, as well as strategic roles in revenue management and internal audit. Rachel holds a Chartered Accountant designation and has a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney.
