Jason Swenton

Jason Swenton is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in the technology and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager for Go-To-Market at Autodesk since October 2021, Jason leads talent acquisition efforts across various departments in the Americas, covering a significant portion of Autodesk's workforce. Previously, Jason spent over a decade at Microsoft in multiple roles, including Sr. Program Manager for Executive Recruiting and Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager. Earlier career roles include management positions at Skechers, Aeropostale, Sears Holdings Corporation, and Best Buy. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University.
