Kelly Oliveros

Kelly Oliveros is currently working as a Senior People Business Partner at Autodesk since February 2022, focusing on strategic HR functions such as succession planning, performance management, and organizational objectives. Prior to this, Oliveros served as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Activision, overseeing HR for multiple game studios, and held positions as a Manager of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager in previous roles at L-3 and Health Net, where responsibilities included employee relations and compliance. Early career experience includes a role as a Regional HR Manager at URS Corporation, managing HR for a large division. Oliveros holds a Master's degree in HR and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
