Kim Thomas

Kim Thomas has over three decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Autodesk in both the Americas and Digital Platforms & Experience since May 2000. Prior roles at Autodesk include Senior Human Resources Manager for Global Customer Support & Operations and Human Resources Manager for Strategic Planning & Operations and Americas Sales. Prior to Autodesk, Kim Thomas worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Robert Mondavi Winery from 1992 to 1999 and began the career as a Human Resources Assistant at Lucasfilm from 1986 to 1992. Kim Thomas earned a degree from the University of California, Davis from 1986 to 1990.
