Lina Malki

Lina Malki is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior People Program Manager at Autodesk since September 2025. Lina specializes in driving global HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational excellence through strategic programs, HR technologies, AI, and automation. Prior experience at Expedia Group from June 2021 to September 2025 included roles in strategy and operations technology, where Lina led digital transformation initiatives, and as a manager overseeing talent acquisition processes. Earlier roles at TEKsystems and Luxury Retreats involved technical recruiting and full-cycle recruitment, respectively.
