Marcela Monteros

Marcela Monteros has extensive experience in sales and management within the technology sector, currently serving as the LATAM Senior License Sales Manager at Autodesk since April 2010, overseeing licensing initiatives across 26 countries in the Latin American region while managing a regional team. Prior to this role, Marcela held the position of Gerente de Antipiratería at Microsoft from August 2007 to September 2009, focusing on anti-piracy initiatives and license compliance in the Southern Cone and specific countries. Marcela also served as Gerente General at Software Legal from July 2002 to July 2007, where leadership and institutional representation were key responsibilities, and as Directora Ärea de Marketing y Eventos Especiales at Muchnik, Alurralde, Jasper & Asoc. from 1998 to 2002. Educational qualifications include a Licenciatura in Comunicación Social from the University of Buenos Aires and a postgraduate degree in Public Opinion and Media from the Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales.
