Nidhi Bhatnagar

Nidhi Bhatnagar serves as the Director of Engineering and Site Head for Platform Services at Autodesk since July 2025. Previously, from August 2021 to July 2025, Nidhi held the position of VP/Sr. Director of Product at DataStax, overseeing the launch of Vector Search capabilities for cloud-native DataStax Enterprise and leading the Product Management team. Nidhi's experience includes a tenure at IBM from February 2015 to August 2021, where contributions were made to the Db2 Relational Database Containers Strategy and Roadmap for IBM's Data and AI platform. Additionally, from April 2013 to August 2015, Nidhi acted as an Agile Transformation leader across Big Data projects at AT&T. Prior experience at IBM included engineering leadership roles from October 2001 to April 2013, focusing on product releases and development teams within Tivoli and WebSphere. Nidhi holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar.
