Randal Ellwood

Randal Ellwood is a Principal Content Experience Designer at Autodesk, with a career spanning over two decades in content development and technical writing. Since joining Autodesk in November 2007, Randal has held various leadership roles, including Content Experience Design Lead and Learning Content Manager, where responsibilities included collaborating with stakeholders to enhance content relevance and performance, as well as managing online content for Autodesk's Entertainment Creation products. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Writer at Harris Communications, focusing on user guides for broadcast hardware, and as a Technical Writer at Matrox, developing documentation for video capture software. Randal holds a Certificate in E-Learning Design and Development from the University of Toronto, a Graduate Diploma in Communication from Concordia University, and a BA in English Literature from the University of Guelph.
