Richard Fawcett

Richard Fawcett is a Senior Director and Senior Corporate Counsel at Autodesk, leading a team of 10 legal professionals providing comprehensive legal support for Autodesk's EMEA business. Richard also oversees the Global Legal Direct Sales Program team, responsible for direct sales programs, negotiations, and playbooks. Richard previously held roles as the global Legal Business Partner for Autodesk's Direct Sales business, as well as leading legal support for Named Accounts, Consulting, and Customer Success. Prior to Autodesk, Richard worked at Accenture as a Senior Legal Counsel and at law firms DLA Piper and Allen & Overy. Richard holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Durham University, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Nottingham Trent University.
