Rob Dickins

Rob Dickins is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles, currently serving as VP & Chief of Staff to the CEO at Autodesk since November 2003. In this capacity, Rob collaborates with the executive leadership team to drive strategic, financial, and operational initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization and serving global customers. Previous positions at Autodesk include roles as Sr. Director & Chief of Staff in various divisions, overseeing product development, emerging markets sales, and strategic planning. Prior to Autodesk, Rob held positions at Centric Software and Boeing, focusing on business development and international economic activities. Educational credentials include an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and executive education from Harvard Business School.
