Samantha Lewis

Samantha Lewis is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as the EMEA Director of People Consulting at Autodesk since January 2023, Samantha previously held the position of Organizational Development & Talent Manager at Caterpillar Inc. from May 2022 to January 2023. Prior to that, Samantha worked at GP Strategies Corporation for nearly nine years, progressing from Regional HR Manager to EMEA HR Director. Additional experience includes HR Manager roles at Morgan Technical Ceramics and Senior HR Advisor at ATS Euromaster, as well as an HR Business Partner position at Accenture Services. Samantha holds a CIPD qualification in Human Resources from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
