Volha Samasiuk

Volha Samasiuk serves as the Director, Senior Privacy & Data Use Counsel at Autodesk since May 2018, where Volha leads legal support for the company's Trusted AI and responsible data use programs. Simultaneously, Volha acts as a Startup Advisor for Berkeley SkyDeck, focusing on data ethics and responsible AI/ML. Additionally, Volha holds the position of Co-Chair for the San Francisco Bay Area KnowledgeNet Chapter of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) while contributing as a Research Advisory Board Member (2020-2021). Prior experience includes roles as Senior Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Wargaming and legal consultancy positions at the International Finance Corporation and UNDP. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Civil Law and multiple law degrees from Belarusian State University, complemented by advanced certificates in Law & Technology and International Business Transactions from the University of California, Berkeley.
