Alla Reberka is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources teams and implementing strategic HR initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Country Manager for People Delivery at AUTODOC, Alla represents Autodoc Ukraine on a global level and oversees HR and Payroll teams. Previous roles include HR Director at Avenga, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team of over 20 HR members, developing HR strategies, and implementing performance evaluation processes. Earlier experience includes Head of HR at Binariks Inc., People Care Lead at Windmill Smart Solutions, and Senior Talent Manager at Lohika, focusing on employee development, retention, and HR policy implementation. Education includes a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Lviv National University of Ivan Franko.
