Kamran Kareem

Kamran Kareem currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at AUTODOC, focusing on transforming the Total Rewards strategy to enhance AutoDoc's employer appeal. Experience also includes positions at Delivery Hero and Flipkart, where Kamran managed global compensation practices and developed performance management systems for thousands of employees. Earlier career experiences include HR staffing at DIAGEO India. Kamran holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Technology and a BBA in Human Resource Management from Christ University.
