Roman Odinokov has a diverse work experience, primarily in customer research and marketing roles. Roman worked at AUTODOC from 2019 to the present, starting as a Customer Researcher and then becoming the Head of Customer and Market Insights. At AUTODOC, they focused on designing and scaling the research process and implementing customer satisfaction systems. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Specialist at MIRS Corporation in 2018 and as an Internet Marketer at AN "Helping" in 2017. Roman also briefly worked as a Sales Manager at 2GIS in 2017.
Roman Odinokov completed their Master's degree in Marketing Research at Odessa National Polytechnic University from 2017 to 2019. Roman also attended Hillel IT School in 2018, focusing on Marketing. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including membership with The Interaction Design Foundation in 2023, Foundations in Design Thinking from IDEO U in 2022, and several others related to management and business presentation from different institutions. Roman also holds certifications as a marketing research manager from the Ukrainian Marketing Association and as a UX-Researcher from State University - Higher School of Economics.
