Sofiia Dobrovolska is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer insights and research, currently serving as Team Lead for Customer Insights at AUTODOC since March 2021, after holding multiple roles including CX/UX Researcher and WFM & Analytics Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Client Manager at Grawe Ukraine from November 2019 to July 2020, focusing on providing insurance services to safeguard clients' financial interests.
