Josh Baer

Josh Baer is the current President at AutoFi. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Pricing and Strategy at Santander Consumer USA from February 2018 to March 2022. Josh also served as the Head of Risk and Operations Strategy at Santander US from May 2017 to February 2018, and as the Head of Consumer Credit Risk Analytics at Capital One from December 2004 to May 2017.

Baer began their career as a management consultant at Accenture from July 1996 to January 1998. Josh then worked as a strategy consultant at GP Strategies Corporation from January 1998 to May 1999, before taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Tambourine, Inc. from September 2001 to December 2004.

Josh Baer has a MBA in Finance from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a BA in Finance from James Madison University.

They work with Michelle Melecio Taylor - VP, Dealer Success, Matt Orlando - VP, Enterprise Partnerships, and Axel Oehlers - CFO. Their manager is Kevin Singerman, CEO & Co-Founder.
