Shakil Zaman

Shakil Zaman is a Senior Application Engineer at AutoForm Group since August 2021, previously serving as an Application Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as a PhD Candidate and Researcher at the University of Twente from April 2017 to July 2021, focusing on the thesis regarding fracture characterization of AlSi coating layers at high temperatures. Shakil also worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at Pohang University of Science and Technology between February 2015 and March 2017, where the thesis centered on modeling yield surface distortion under uniaxial and biaxial loading conditions. Earlier educational accomplishments include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and a Master’s degree in Material Science from Pohang University of Science and Technology. Shakil Zaman's educational foundation includes an Advanced Level (A' Levels) in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Further Mathematics from Sunshine Grammar School & College.
