Rachel Newton

Rachel Newton currently serves as the Global Director of Revenue Enablement at AutogenAI, where responsibilities include developing comprehensive onboarding and upskilling programs, creating essential learning content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Director of Global Sales Enablement at HiveMQ and spent several years at GoTo in various titles including Director of Sales Enablement, Principal Training Program Manager, and Sr. Sales Training Manager. At VISTRA, Rachel managed the training and development function for over 200 employees across international locations, while earlier experience includes serving as an Instructional Design Consultant at CoreAxis Consulting and VP of Training, Development, and Staffing at New York Community Bank. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Leisure Management and Tourism from the University of New Hampshire.
