Chris Nault

Chris Nault is the Vice President of Operations at AutoGuide Mobile Robots. Chris has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management and has held various leadership positions in both private and publicly held companies.

Most recently, Chris was the Vice President of Supply Chain at Bowers & Wilkins where they led a global organization responsible for demand and supply planning, warehousing and logistics, customer support, and sales operations management. Under their leadership, the company successfully reduced finished goods inventory by 30%, saving over $15 million in working capital.

Chris has a proven track record of driving results through process development and continuous improvement. Chris has implemented inventory categorization systems, created strategic targets, and process controls which have improved forecast accuracy by 70%. Chris has also leveraged SAP and IBP to align the finished goods planning process to the forecasting and inventory strategy.

In addition to their work in supply chain management, Chris has also driven global improvement programs for sales operations teams through the creation of matrixed organizations that support regional leaders and promote alignment around global best practices. Chris has created metrics, KPIs, and routine reporting to drive alignment on objectives and focus on key priorities. As a result of their efforts, the company successfully transitioned to a new North American 3PL provider, resulting in a 7% reduction in warehousing and transportation costs, significant quality improvement, and improved on-time delivery.

Chris Nault has earned a MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelors in Management with a focus in Operations Management from University of Massachusetts Amherst.
