Ryan M. has over a decade of experience in administrative support, marketing, and communications. Currently serving as Warranty Administrative Support at Autohaus BMW since May 2012, Ryan M. is responsible for processing vehicle warranty claims, managing inventory, and creating promotional materials. Previously, as a Marketing and Events Intern at ALIVE Magazine from January to May 2013, Ryan M. contributed to social media management and event coordination. Additionally, Ryan M. interned as a Communications Specialist at the City of Cape Girardeau, where tasks included drafting branding guidelines and content creation for internal communications. Ryan M. holds dual degrees in Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations and Journalism from Southeast Missouri State University, and furthered studies at Regents College London in 2011.
