Rida Fatima

Rida Fatima has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rida currently serves as a Technical Product Manager at AutoLeap, where they are responsible for driving the development of high-impact features, collaborating with senior management to define the product roadmap and strategy, conducting market research and competitive analysis, and facilitating communication between cross-functional teams. Rida also analyzes user data to make data-driven decisions and improve product performance.

Prior to their current role, Rida was a Product Manager at Systems Limited, specifically for the OneLoad product. Rida led the 'Oneload Women Empowerment Project' (OWEP) and successfully raised a grant of $400,000 from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Rida also worked on designing the project and writing and submitting proposals.

Before joining Systems Limited, Rida worked at AkzoNobel as a Consultant, where they developed a detailed business model for a new model of retail stores. Rida formulated a complete P&L statement to ensure a minimum ROI of 30% for targeted entrepreneurs while ensuring the profitability of the company.

Rida also co-founded FixFast Lahore, where they developed the entire value chain and coverage network for the first door-to-door electronics repairing service in Lahore. Rida devised a successful marketing strategy that helped the company reach 100 orders within 25 days and identified ways to reduce order completion time.

Earlier in their career, Rida worked at GroupDocs as a Business Lead and Support Developer, at Confiz as a Software Engineer, and at UET Lahore as a Teaching Assistant. Rida'sroles involved website development, software development, and teaching.

Rida Fatima pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore from 2008 to 2012. After a gap of six years, they enrolled in the Lahore University of Management Sciences and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained a certification in API Product Management from the API Academy in June 2023.
