Ionut Cosma

Ionut Cosma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and process management, currently holding multiple roles at Autoliv since October 2014, including Global Process Engineering Authority and Global Station & Process Owner. Ionut's previous roles include Process Improvement Specialist at Emotors, engaging in cross-country collaboration and quality analysis, and Project Management roles at Digital Nation, where practical skills in project management were developed. Earlier experience includes positions at Stabilus Romania as an Electro-mechanical engineer and maintenance coordinator, and FLASHNET SA as an Operator Rework. Ionut holds a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology and an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov.
