Kiper

Cem Kiper is an experienced operations director currently overseeing operations at Autoliv Europe, with responsibilities spanning multiple countries including France, Estonia, the UK, Spain, Sweden, and South Africa. With a long tenure at Autoliv, the world's largest automotive safety supplier, Cem has held several key positions, including managing director and board member for Autoliv Turkey, where operations consist of four plants employing 3,000 individuals. Previous roles include director positions for J-OEMs and Toyota business units in Europe, as well as various sales and marketing management roles. Cem's educational background includes an MBA from ESSEC Business School and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
