Marcel Reiners

Marcel Reiners is an experienced professional in the automotive safety industry, currently serving as Vice President Global Product Line Steering Wheel at Autoliv since 2022. Prior to this, Marcel held various leadership roles at Joyson Safety Systems, including Vice President and Head of Business Unit Seat Belt, as well as VP/Managing Director for Active Frontal Steering. Marcel's experience also includes positions at Takata EMEA, where Marcel was Director of CBU Controlling & Product Costing, and at Takata Corporation as Corporate Senior Manager of Global Product Costing. Marcel began a career at Takata in 2004 and has experience as a Project Engineer at Bertrandt. Marcel holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences.
