Stephen Gearig

Stephen Gearig has extensive experience in information technology and compliance management, primarily at Autoliv, where employment began in March 1993. Currently serving as the SOX ITGC & TISAX Compliance Manager, Stephen is responsible for ensuring 20 manufacturing sites and tech centers in North and South America achieve and maintain TISAX compliance. Previous roles at Autoliv include Information Security Manager, where Stephen defined standards for information security, and IT Manager for Autoliv Turkey, where improvements in SOX-IT compliance were realized. Earlier career experience includes positions as Business Analyst in Quality Systems and Quality Engineer, and an initial role as Production Associate at Signetics, focusing on semiconductor production. Stephen holds a degree from Brigham Young University.
