Cintia Piccina

Cintia Piccina is a seasoned leader in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as the US General Manager and Chief Commercial Officer at Autolus Therapeutics since September 2025, and as a member of the International Board at Eurofarma. Cintia held several senior roles, including Chief Commercial Officer at Adaptimmune and AlloVir, and played a pivotal role at 2seventy bio and bluebird bio in leading oncology commercial teams. With extensive experience at Novartis, Cintia oversaw strategic operations in Global Oncology and other therapeutic areas, building significant marketing and sales capabilities. Cintia holds a PharmD from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, an MBA in Marketing Administration from ESPM, and completed the Women in Boards program at Wharton Executive Education.
