Joanna Dawes

Joanna Dawes is a seasoned professional in the field of clinical science, currently serving as a Senior Clinical Scientist and previously as a Clinical Project Associate at Autolus Ltd. since June 2019. Between March 2016 and June 2019, Joanna managed Phase 1 Investigator Initiated Oncology Trials at The Institute of Cancer Research as a Clinical Trial Manager. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant and Research Student at the Clinical Sciences Centre MRC UK from October 2011 to March 2016, and an Erasmus Student at Università di Cagliari, where Joanna focused on the histochemical and molecular characterization of urethane-induced lung carcinogenesis in A/J mice. Joanna holds a Ph.D. in Genetics of lymphoma from Imperial College London (2011-2015) and a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Surrey (2007-2011).
