Ryan Richardson

Ryan Richardson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Non Executive Board Member at Autolus Therapeutics since December 2025, Ryan has previously held key leadership roles including Chairman of the Board of Directors at InstaDeep, Executive Board Member and Chief Strategy Officer at BioNTech SE, and Executive Director in Healthcare Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. Ryan co-founded Quantitative Insights, which was acquired by Paragon Biosciences, and achieved FDA approval for the QuantX™ Advanced system, a pioneering computer-aided diagnosis platform for breast evaluations. Educational credentials include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MSc in Health Policy and Economics from The London School of Economics, and a BS in Biology from The University of Kansas.
