Michal Goldenberg has a diverse and extensive work experience in risk management and compliance.
Michal is currently working as the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Automated Banking Services Ltd. (SHVA) since December 2020.
Prior to this, they served as the Head of Risk Management at cal from September 2016 to November 2019.
Before joining cal, Michal worked at Deloitte from July 2007 to September 2017. Michal started as a Senior Manager and later became the Manager, leading the enterprise risk services team in the financial sector. Michal'sresponsibilities included risk management and internal auditing for financial companies, as well as leading a team of five members.
Michal'searliest work experience was as a Portfolio Manager at GOLDHAR & CO. LTD from January 2006 to July 2007.
Michal Goldenberg earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Bar-Ilan University in 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from the same university, completing their studies in 2012. Michal also holds an Investment Management License from ISA.

SHVA - The payments arena is the national switch system for Debit and Credit Cards in Israel. A.B.S. processes millions of transactions every day by connecting all acquires, issuers, banks, international schemas and hundred of thousands of businesses in Israel. The system is intended for the approval and collection of all transactions carried out in Israel through debit and credit cards. Additionally, A.B.S. leads the management and operation of clearing interfaces and the ATM switching system in Israel in a uniform manner. The company works with distributors and manufacturers, provides services to businesses and operates the certifications switch on ATM devices deployed throughout Israel. Through its activities, A.B.S. serves as a central hub and national infrastructure for credit card clearing, working with all credit card companies, both clearers and issuers.
