Rod Barsness has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2000. Rod'sfirst role was as a Customer Service Representative at Secure Computing, where they provided activation assistance and solutions to network support engineers, sales engineers, technicians, and system administrators. Rod then moved to Emerson Process Management as a Sales Support Specialist, where they served as a technical liaison between product marketing and sales. In 2008, they joined Walser Automotive Group as a CORE Manager, where they overhauled existing processes and procedures critical to vehicle inventory management and recruited and trained key sales personnel. In 2012, they joined Avionte Staffing Software as an Assistant Manager, Client Services and Account Manager/Trainer. In 2013, they joined Dell EMC as a Workflow Manager and Case Manager, Customer Support Liaison. In 2017, they joined TempWorks Staffing Software as an Account Manager, where they built and managed a national portfolio of 80 key SaaS accounts. Finally, in 2020, they joined Automated Business Designs as an Implementation Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Software Systems Engineer. Throughout their career, Rod has demonstrated a strong focus on improving user experience and fueling innovation for the future of the companies they have worked for.

Rod Barsness received a BA from Bemidji State University in German, Finance, and Data Processing, and an Associates from Mesabi Range Community and Technical College in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
