Jorge Mora

Jorge Mora has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jorge currently serves as a Principal Engineer at Automated Control Concepts, Inc. since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Solidia Technologies® as an Electrical Engineer from May 2013 to November 2021. During their tenure there, they were involved in several projects, including the design of a standalone data acquisition system using LabVIEW for flow air velocity measurement and weight drying curves for pavers. Jorge was also part of the invention team for a patent related to composite material curing and implemented a database system to enhance the company's data management capabilities.

Before joining Solidia Technologies®, Jorge worked at Procter & Gamble as an Electrical System Owner from July 2007 to August 2011. In this role, they successfully led the company's electrical system and achieved a high score in the regional electrical system audit. Jorge also established and led an electrical team to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the electrical system.

Earlier in their career, Jorge worked at Revestivensa as a Maintenance Assistant from June 2004 to June 2007. In this position, they undertook various responsibilities such as optimizing PLC code, upgrading a silo dispenser system to a more reliable PLC system, and overseeing the installation of a new horizontal kiln for curing floor tiles.

Jorge Mora attained their first degree in Engineering from Fermin Toro University between 1999 and 2003. Jorge then pursued higher studies at New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they completed a Master's in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Intelligent Systems from 2011 to 2013.
