Harsh Panchal

Harsh Panchal has a diverse range of work experience starting in 2015. Harsh began as a Production Engineering Intern at Wanakbori Thermal Power Plant, where they focused on improving productivity through facility planning and plant layout design. In 2016, they continued their work in production engineering as an intern at Batliboi Ltd, successfully increasing CNC manufacturing productivity. Harsh then joined L&T Technology Services Limited as a Project Management Intern, where they designed and developed a more effective system for pre-heating materials for water boilers.
