Christian Argueta

Associate Project Manager at Automated Engineering Services

Christian Argueta has a diverse work experience in different roles and industries. Christian started their career as an Engineering Intern at LANCASCO in February 2017 and completed the internship in February 2018. Following this, they worked as an Assistant Research Engineer at Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala from February 2018 to February 2019.

Christian then transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry and joined Laboratorios Santa Fe, S.A. as a Maintenance Manager in May 2019. Christian held this role until October 2020, gaining experience in managing maintenance operations.

Currently, Christian is working at Automated Engineering Services, Inc. Since March 2021, they have been serving as a Project Engineer, responsible for overseeing and executing engineering projects. Recently, they have been promoted to the role of Associate Project Manager, starting in October 2022.

Throughout their career, Christian has developed a strong foundation in engineering and project management.

From 2021 to 2022, Christian attended Formato Educativo Escuela de Negocios, where they pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration.

In 2019 and 2020, Christian studied at Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala for their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial Management.

Between 2013 and 2019, Christian obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala.

In 2018, Christian completed a program in Finance Administration at Intecap.

Additionally, Christian has acquired several certifications. In April 2021, they obtained the Lifelong Learning certification from CertiProf. In July 2020, Christian received the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC). Furthermore, in September 2020, they obtained the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate, also from CertiProf.
