Maria Gabriela Morales Berganza

Maria Gabriela Morales Berganza has a strong background in project management. Most recently, they worked as a Project Manager at Automated Engineering Services, Inc., where they were responsible for managing biotech projects involving the manufacturing and implementation of measurement equipment and open-source software for data management and analysis in pharmaceutical and food labs. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at Yalutec, overseeing the implementation of chatbots on digital channels for sales and customer management purposes in LATAM. Maria also gained experience as a Project Manager Jr at ALIMENTOS IDEAL, S.A., where they supported and coordinated process improvement and e-Learning projects. Maria Gabriela furthered their project management skills as a Project Manager Jr at Volkswagen Financial Services Spain, where they provided assistance and training to dealerships on the use of the mobility platform and supported the Rent A Car project. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at DAI, coordinating the registration project for the Ministry of Public Finances in Guatemala. Maria Gabriela successfully designed and developed a website for electronic registration of suppliers to the government. Maria's diverse experience also includes project coordination at San Martín Bakery and Claro Guatemala, where they led the development and launch of mobile products and managed regional marketing and product requirements. Maria Gabriela began their career at Banco Industrial Guatemala, where they coordinated the monitoring project for the commercial area using GPS technology and successfully negotiated acquisitions and strategic alliances. As an Analyst of Processes and member of the Project Management Office, they also contributed to the automation and document management project across Central America. Maria possesses exceptional planning, coordination, and risk management skills, making their a valuable asset in project management roles.

Maria Gabriela Morales Berganza has a comprehensive education background. Maria Gabriela pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Universidad Rafael Landívar from 2004 to 2014. In 2014, they furthered their education by attending ENAE Business School, where they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing Management. This program lasted until 2016. Continuing their academic journey, Maria enrolled in EAE Business School in 2018 and completed their Master's degree in Project Management in 2019. Additionally, they acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2020.
