Mrinmoy Dutta

Mrinmoy Dutta has over 23 years of work experience, starting in 1998 with Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd. Mrinmoy held roles as a Commissioning Engineer and Deputy Production Manager during their time there. In 2004, they joined EMERSON EXPORT ENGINEERING CENPUNE, where they worked as a Lead Automation Engineer and later as a Project Manager and Technical Project Manager. In 2012, Mrinmoy joined Emerson Automation Solutions as a Project Manager, where they managed multiple concurrent projects in the life sciences, oil & gas, and mining sectors. Currently, they are the Director of the Project Management Group at Automated Engineering Services, Inc., responsible for leading the PMO group in executing bio-pharmaceutical projects and programs. Mrinmoy actively engages with their team, listens to their needs, and helps build their career paths.

Mrinmoy Dutta pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Analytics from California State University, Fullerton, from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the National Institute of Technology Durgapur, where they earned a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Mrinmoy obtained various certifications throughout their career, including certifications such as Business Analyst and Project Manager Collaboration, Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management, Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap, Online Marketing Foundations, PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
