Project Management

The Project Management team at Automated Systems Design is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to Division 27 (Communications) and Division 28 (Electronic Safety and Security) of the CSI. This team ensures that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to meet client needs and expectations.
