Harshal Kharod

Harshal Kharod is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and digital communications. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in the Enterprise Customer Success Team at Automation Anywhere since November 2017, Harshal focuses on managing customer success and guiding the Intelligent Automation journey for key North American clients. Prior to this role, Harshal held various positions related to customer success management, driving RPA deployments for significant accounts in North America. Previous experience includes managing digital assets for over 40 public companies at Investis Digital, business development and account management in the DACH region at Gateway Technolabs Pvt. Ltd., and identifying new markets at Rishabh Software Pvt. Ltd. Education includes a Master of Business Administration in Marketing Management from Sardar Patel University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from Saurashtra University.
