Prateek Katoch

Prateek Katoch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as Senior Manager for Customer Success at Automation Anywhere since July 2014. In this role, Prateek manages over $10 million in annual recurring revenue for strategic enterprise accounts in North America, overseeing the entire customer relationship lifecycle to drive investment expansion and retention. Prateek was also a founding member of the global Go to Market team for the Attended Automation platform AARI and has a strong background in promoting Robotic Process Automation solutions for enterprise clients. Prior to Automation Anywhere, Prateek held various positions at Infosys and ICICI Bank, focusing on business development and relationship management in the enterprise space. Prateek earned an MBA specializing in Sales & Marketing from Nirma University and a BBA in Sales & Marketing from Panjab University.
