Vidhya Padmanabhan

Vidhya Padmanabhan serves as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Automation Anywhere since March 2022, following a role as Vice President of Customer Strategy and Operations from October 2019 to December 2021. Prior experience includes Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Conduent, where significant contributions included a portfolio analysis that informed a $1.2 billion divestiture program and leading acquisitions in the Healthcare sector. Vidhya also established management offices for Separation and Integration to enhance operational efficiencies. Earlier career roles include Head of Innovation and Transformation at Automation Anywhere, a leadership position at Hewlett-Packard, and positions in IT consulting and software engineering. Vidhya holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras, alongside executive education credentials from Kellogg and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
