Daniel B. began their career in 2021 as a Sales Representative for BD Tech. Daniel then moved to Europinion as an Account Manager. Most recently, they joined Automation Hero, Inc. as an Automation & AI Solutions Specialist, helping companies integrate automation software into their business. Daniel is also a Senior Business Development Representative for Automation Hero, Inc.

Daniel B. obtained a Master's degree in English Literary Studies from International University of Novi Pazar in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in English Literary Studies from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) between 2018 and 2019. In January 2023, they obtained a certification in HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot Academy.
